Introduct signs a Memorandum of Understanding with Middle East College in Oman

We’re continuing to build our presence in Oman, which is why we’re proud to share another recent milestone. We’ve signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Middle East College (MEC) in Muscat. This important academic partnership is a new step for us in moving forward. Later on, we had ceremonies on campus to celebrate these two events. We’ve also had a chance to photograph these moments.

Being part of the Sultanate’s educational system means connecting students with real industry experience. We believe this memorandum is not just a partnership. It launches a practical initiative — Introduct Academy Oman — designed to prepare students for real technology careers.

Bridging education and real work

When we expanded to Oman, our idea was not only to expand our business, but to find and train local talent. Middle East College hosts more than 4,200 students and focuses on employability and practical learning. While partnering, Introduct Academy Oman and Middle East College will collaborate to integrate a training and development program targeting high-potential IT students and graduates.

Our approach is to train and mentor students from this institution. As part of this partnership, students will join the Introduct Academy Oman program to gain real software experience before entering the job market.

The idea is to train and mentor around 60 ICT students and graduates. This training is about letting students work on real projects, not imaginary training projects. While training, they will develop their professional skills, understand real requirements, and work in real environments. This becomes possible due to the adoption of a phased training model, supported by systematic evaluation and expert supervision. This collaboration with the Middle East College allows us to integrate a training and development program targeting high-potential IT students and graduates.
